Norma is an accomplished multilingual real estate broker and holds many awards in the field. She was inducted to the Century 21 Canada Masters Hall of Fame. She is a top performer in the Century 21 system and has received the Centurion award many times. She was the co-owner of a real estate company for eight years. Norma also got licensed in mutual funds to serve her clients better. She can now give advice on real estate, mortgages, investment, and other financial matters. Norma speaks four languages: English, Spanish, French and Arabic. MY BACKGROUND
I am a university teacher by profession. I have the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Fine Arts
- Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Education
- Teaching English As a Second Language (TESL) Certificate
- Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Linguistics, Ph.D. in Linguistics (3 years of coursework)
I taught at a number of universities including McGill University, Concordia University, Capilano College, Kuwait University, & the American University of Beirut.

To enhance the professional image in my new career, I took additional specialized courses:
- Licensed as a Real Estate Agent (1988)
- Certificate of Achievement - Floyd Wickman
